Keeping your positive enrolment information up-to-date:

Sun Life now has up-to-date electronic information on PSHCP members and their eligible dependants and it is critical that this information remain up-to-date. It is your responsibility to adjust your file if there are any changes to your status or the status of one of your dependants (for example, if you marry or have a child).

To update your positive enrolment information:

If you are registered as a user of this website, update your positive enrolment information by signing in with your access ID and password and then clicking on my positive enrolment.

You can also update your enrolment information by completing a Positive Enrolment Change Form and mailing it to Sun Life.
